Common Ground Friends is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and licensed outpatient mental health organization based in Maine. This policy describes how we handle information on commongroundfriends.com.
Newsletter email addresses. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide so we can send you updates about screenings, festival news, and our work. We do not collect names, health information, or any other personal details through this site.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
Newsletter emails are used solely to send occasional updates from Common Ground Friends. We never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
This site embeds video from Vimeo and links to external services including VHX (donation-based film streaming) and PayPal (donations). Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Newsletter email addresses are stored securely and retained until you ask us to remove them. To request deletion of your data, email us and we will remove it promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
